We are now live on G-Cloud 15
We’re officially live on G-Cloud 15! Bullet AI is now available through the latest Crown Commercial Service framework, giving public sector organisations a simple and trusted route to procure our AI-powered solutions. Being part of G-Cloud 15 makes it easier for councils, NHS organisations and other public sector teams to access technology designed to improve access to services, support residents and reduce pressure on frontline teams.
Changing the Face of ASC Comms – WhatsApp Broadcast Messaging
Using WhatsApp, Aida is now able to broadcast messages to everyone who uses the growing number of digital assistants. Rather than relying on traditional comms channels and social media, ASC teams are able to proactively send messages directly to the WhatsApp inbox of everyone who has communicated with their digital colleague. Promoting new services, highlighting wellbeing, one off events, equipment amnesties & more, the ability to communicate right into the place where 75% of adults are communicating daily is game changing.
Aida Supporting Advocacy in ASC
Increasingly we are seeing our Aida digital assistants helping people with ASC advocacy. Not only are the digital assistants pulling together ‘next steps’, ‘keywords’ and ‘points to discuss’ for people, they are actively drafting emails for people to send to GPs and social services, based on their situation. This example comes from Grace in Gloucestershire: A parent carer of a teenager with Down's syndrome received step-by-step guidance on transition planning, PA support via Direct Payments, and a ready-to-use script for calling Children's Services — turning a complex, multi-layered question into clear, actionable next steps.
Rutland’s Maya & the Osprey Connection
Rutland County Council’s digital assistant has been released for testing, four weeks after the kick off meeting. With 100s of pages of trusted ASC information and guidance now ingested, Rutland’s digital assistant is coming to life. The digital assistant will be called Maya, named after the female in a rare breeding pair of ospreys at Rutland Water - we love this backstory!
Upgraded Aida Dashboards
In a top to toe overhaul, the Aida management console has had a design and usability refresh to make it more accessible and intuitive. The clean new design brings a range of management information to the fore, whilst allowing council colleagues to manage flagged messages and potential safeguarding issues more easily.
Delivering Groundbreaking Seldom Heard Insight
Aida August’s insight reports now provide our partners with the data they need to evidence engagement with seldom heard groups and communities. Being able to analyse all live conversations for reference to the 11 nominated seldom heard groups, is groundbreaking and unique. What’s interesting is the scale of contact with seldom heard groups that the digital assistants are having and that many people belong to more than one group. This insight is critical for councils as the next round of CQC inspections, interviews and self-assessment reports.
